Bayou Sunset

Today was a warm day in central Florida with temps in the 80s. I probably started my morning walk way too late for this heat & humidity.....but I am loving the warm weather!

Especially, when we hear about the cold up north.

When we lived here we complained about the increase in population during the “Snow Birds” season... NOW, I want to be one!  If on a boat, would I be a Snow Duck?

I was treated to this loveliness during my late day walk...Sun setting over Spring Bayou.

How many times have I driven passed this Bayou going to one of the kid's schools? Too busy then to notice the beauty all around me.....finally, it would seem we are old enough to “smell the roses”!
